Service Description

Help buyers visualize the layout of their next home. Don’t expect your buyers to be able to recall the layouts of all 20 homes they toured over the weekend. Provide detailed floor plans so buyers can revisit the home and understand the dimensions of the space. Give out-of-town or overseas buyers a way to easily see the home’s layout in reference to your beautiful photos. You will receive both floor plan with measurements as the 3D floor plan. Large order processing fee ($30,- for 2D products and $50,- for 3D products) is applied for each 460m2 or 5000 sq.ft when total scanned area exceeds 460m2 or 5000 sq.ft.

Cancellation policy

Photographer understands weather, illness, or other reasons may cause Client to reschedule a session. Client will not be charged a penalty rescheduling a session provided at least a 48 hours notice is given. Client may reschedule the session, at the convenience of Photographer, without being charged a fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $75,- reschedule fee at the discretion of Photographer. No-show or cancelation within 48 hours will be charged at full price. Photographer may reschedule without penalty.
